Within seven days from this agreement, it is the Buyer’s option to have this dog
checked by a veterinarian of the Buyer’s choice and expense. This is a good time
to set up a complete health program, this includes vaccinations and de worming. Should
your veterinarian find any contagious or congenital disease in this dog/puppy, the
purchase price will be refunded upon return of the dog/puppy. The return of the dog
should be within a timely manner, three weeks from the date of this agreement. The
dog/puppy must be in the same condition as when purchased for a full refund. A practicing
veterinarian’s written statement , with complete diagnosis and copies of the medical
records must accompany the return of the dog/puppy in order to obtain a refund. This
provision is subject to confirmation by my veterinarian. Internal or external parasites,
injury, allergies, hypoglycemia, events leading to exhaustion, heat prostration,
stress related or any other preventable conditions including infections after ear
cropping are not warranted under this agreement.
If the Buyer fails to have the dog
checked by a veterinarian in the allotted seven days the purchase price will not
be refunded. If within the first seven days you decide your new puppy is not working
out in your home, your puppy can be returned for 3/4 the purchase price. If the sale
price is $650 or above, the puppy has a two year health guarantee against genetically
related heart disease, hip and gastric issues. The puppy will be replaced with one
of similar color/sex from the first available litter once the puppy/dog has been
returned or deceased. A statement from your veterinary clinic, an autopsy report
and a picture of the carcass must be furnished before your puppy is replaced. before

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ELLEN BELL OR ANY MEMBER OF HER FAMILY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY VETERINARIAN EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE BUYER FOR THIS DOG/PUPPY.
All dogs sold
by Ellen Bell are sold as pet quality. There are no guarantees, expressed or otherwise
implied, as to the breeding soundness of this dog. If pedigree information is available
Ellen Bell or any member of her family will furnish it as it was to Ellen Bell upon
purchase of the Dame or Sire of this puppy without verification of its authenticity.
I
understand that times are unpredictable, and unforeseen changes occur. If there ever
comes a time that you can no longer keep this dog and your only option is an animal
shelter, PLEASE contact ELLEN BELL. Although, I will not give refunds on older dogs,
I will gladly take any dog back that is in good health. I want to make sure that
none of our beloved dogs/puppies end up in an animal shelter or unwanted home.
